The basics of marketing for every listing. Interior and exterior images covering the listing; usually 2+ angles of each room. The number of images delivered depend on the listing, but there are no limits to the number of photos provided. CRMLS has a limit of 75 images per listing.

Still photos and video from multiple angles and directions; a great way to add angles and perspective of your listing which are not possible from ground level.

Two different styles available: Slide Show and Live (both include appropriate background music)

• Slide Show – a collection of stills that rotate through in a video format

• Live – a video produced by an active camera moving throughout the house in a logical order

Improve your listing priority in Zillow by utilizing their 3D Home Tour; homes with tours appear higher in their ranking. No Hosting Fee. Includes 1+ node points per room/location as needed, with as few as 5 points to activate.

My pricing is a flat $200/hour (all services included) rather than A La Carte pricing after a brief but detailed conversation to determine photo needs.
